Dan Leonardi is a seasoned business professional with over 45 years of leadership experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. His career is marked by success in V/GM and senior executive roles at top companies, including Pepsi-Cola, Kellogg Company, Conagra Brands, and Utz Brands. Dan’s expertise spans brand development, operations, key account management, and change processes. He has a proven track record of revitalizing underperforming business units and driving them toward sustainable growth.

As the founder of Leonardi Personal Development, Dan leverages his extensive experience to help future leaders and entrepreneurs bridge the gap between education (theory) and the real world (practical). His company offers programs tailored to a diverse audience, from college students and student-athletes to mid-level managers and vocational graduates. Leonardi Personal Development’s mission is to equip clients with practical tools and techniques for navigating life and career challenges, empowering them to "Be the CEO of Your Life."

Dan’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his successful development of a 35-unit student housing complex near Auburn University, showcasing his ability to take calculated risks and achieve strategic goals. 

A native of New Jersey, Dan now resides in Auburn, Alabama, with his wife of over 45 years, Susan. Together, they have two sons, Daniel and Christopher, both graduates of Auburn University.
 

Committed to giving back, Dan serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Auburn University’s Harbert Business School, mentoring the next generation of leaders. His passion for mentorship and his vast professional experience have driven him to recently author a book called BE THE CEO OF YOUR LIFE.
